Da Nang Novotel Hotel All the workers had the best kind response and guidance. Especially, I was impressed by Valet Captain Mr. Kevin's vehicle guidance and service and returned to Korea. It was such a happy trip. I want to travel to Da Nang Novotel again.

We loved our stay at Novotel Danang, made even more special and convenient thanks to Kevin! He made amazing recommendations and helped smoothen the process of all reservations and bookings wherever needed. Because of him our bana hills experience was great. And we also had an amazing seafood restaraunt experience thanks to his recommendation. The hotel services, cleanliness and location was all amazing truly. Super convenient for elders due its close proximity to everything!

Once again top quality and all staff very committed Special thanks to Ms Loan from the spa for the very good massage and Ms Than from the bar at the entrance to make the impossible possible ( arrange fresh and delicious waygoo burger for take away within 1o minutes as I was late and had to go to Airport

Nice hotel, great location by river. Beds are soft and nice. Club level is great and worth the extra $20 per night. Stay in lounge had a little English problem but still good. 20th floor was nice and my room had a balcony which I loved. Great view of river and and area at night. Dinning room in lobby bar, food was not really good and staff had English problems, but were very nice people. I will stay here again@
